"We’ve been using Cisco cloud management for…"
We’ve been using cisco cloud management for a bit now, and it’s made things a lot simpler for our team. In the past, managing everything felt more scattered and took way more time than it should have. The setup wasn’t too bad, and being able to check all our devices from one place has been a big time-saver. So far, I’m happy with it.

"Heads up: user switching isn’t super obvious"
It works fine overall, but just a warning for anyone using it: switching between users took me a little while to figure out. Not a huge deal once you get it, but it’s not as straightforward as I expected.

"Had a bad feeling after getting no real help"
I asked what I thought was a simple setup question in the Cisco community, it just didn’t feel like anyone was paying attention. I waited for days with no response, and when someone finally did reply, it was just a few links that didn’t actually solve the issue. My gut reaction was that I was kind of on my own, which was really frustrating

"Login Loop Made It Impossible to Get My File"
I logged in expecting to quickly grab my file, but the portal just kept sending me in circles. From my side, it felt like the system recognized me enough to let me in, but not enough to actually give me access to what I needed. I tried the support links too, but they basically led nowhere, which made the whole thing even more frustrating...

"Scaling Got Messy Fast"
At first, everything seemed manageable, but once we started scaling, it got messy really quickly. Things that worked fine in the beginning suddenly felt harder to keep organized, and it just became a lot more frustrating than I expected..

"Works well once you get the hang of it"
It works fine overall, but the menus take a little getting used to. After poking around for a bit, it starts to make more sense.

"Navigation Was Fine, I Guess"
The navigation was okay. It got me where I needed to go, which is apparently the bare minimum we’re celebrating now. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible, just decent enough to not make me question all my life choices.

"Buying process felt more frustrating than it should"
Ordering through cisco.com was more of a hassle than I expected. The whole procurement flow felt slow and kind of confusing, with too many approvals and not enough clear updates along the way. Support did get back to me, but it wasn’t exactly quick. My gut feeling is that the product itself is solid, but the buying experience feels clunkier than it needs to be and could definitely use some work.

"Reliable and Easy to Live With"
We’ve been using Cisco software at work for a while now, it’s been solid. We’re not dealing with random crashes or those annoying bits of downtime we used to get with some other tools. Updates have been smooth too, which is a big deal because nobody wants to lose half a day cleaning up after a patch. The couple times we’ve had questions, support was basically like, “Yep, that’s expected, here’s what to check,” or “Try this setting and you should be good,” and that was pretty much the case. It’s not the flashiest thing to talk about, but it works, and that’s really what we need.

"We’ve been using Cisco subscriptions for our…"
We’ve been using Cisco subscriptions for our small office for a while now, i’ve been happy with the value overall. It’s definitely not the absolute cheapest option out there, so if you’re only comparing price tags, it might not look like the best deal at first. But for us, having the updates, support, licensing, and renewals all handled in one place has been worth it because it saves time and reduces the little headaches that usually come with managing this kind of stuff. We’re a small team, so we don’t really have extra hours to spend chasing down random fixes, figuring out what license covers what, or worrying that something is going to expire without us noticing. Cisco.com took a little getting used to, but once you know where things are, it’s not bad to manage. Overall, we feel like we’re getting what we pay for, and it’s made things easier on our end.

It was acting up at first, but after I restarted it, it literally worked fine. No issues after that.

"I wish I hadn’t waited so long…"
I wish I hadn’t waited so long to set this router up. It ended up being easy overall, and I got it running without needing much help. There was one menu that confused me at first, but the docs explained enough to get me through it. It took way less time than I expected.

"Reliable for Remote Work, with a Few Small Annoyances"
I’ve been using Cisco for remote access at work for a while now, and overall it’s been dependable. I can log in from home or while traveling without dealing with the random disconnects we used to have, which is a huge plus. The only thing I’d say is that the login/connect process can feel a little clunky sometimes, especially if my internet is acting up. But once I’m connected, it usually stays stable and lets me get my work done without much hassle...

"cisco licensing was a bit of..."
cisco licensing was a bit of a maze at first, not gonna lie. I had to slow down and read through a few of the smaller details in the portal, especially around the setup steps, but support was helpful and got me sorted faster than I expected. Once everything was finally linked up properly, it worked fine

"Solid overall, but the portal can be a bit clunky"
We mostly use Cisco as a reseller for quotes, deal registration, and looking up product info. For the most part, it does what we need, and the documentation is usually easy to find. That said, am I the only one who feels like the portal can be slow sometimes or sends you through a few extra pages before you finally land where you need to be? Support has been helpful whenever we’ve reached out, so that definitely helps. Overall, it’s been a good experience, just not totally perfect.

"We’ve had cisco gear in our office..."
We’ve had cisco gear in our office for a while now, and it’s been solid. The network just feels steadier overall—calls don’t drop as much, file transfers move quicker, and that whole thing has been less of a headache. Setup took a little time, but once it was all in place, it’s been working well day to day...

"Sturdy and Reliable So Far"
I’m really happy with it so far. It feels tough and well-made, and it’s been working just fine. Grateful to have something that seems reliable right out of the box

Setup was a little tricky at first, but the docs made it easy enough to figure out. Now that it’s running, it works solidly and does exactly what I need.

"Felt Like I Was Repeating Myself"
I had to explain the issue twice, which was a bit frustrating, and even after going through it again, the answers I got still felt basic, like they weren’t really getting what I was asking. I don’t know, I just expected a little more help instead of feeling like I was starting over each time.

"Decent Support, But Reliability Was a Letdown"
I had a few Cisco devices randomly dropping connection, which got frustrating quickly. Support was polite enough and seemed to know the script well, but the issue came back after updates. For something in this price range, I expected it to be a little more dependable than “works great when it feels like it.”
